Rude Customer Service

I am writing concerning Safeway located in the Greenway Shopping Center.I just started going here a couple months ago.I use to go too CVS but they where very rude and never had the meds when they promised.They say they going tho order but they don't.Never had my meds in stock.And its a common medication.So I tried Safeway.They All of my meds I needed.Not very friendly but I thought an off day.Next month I went back and yes they had my meds.but this time was even worse with their customer service.So now I am looking again for a new pharmacy.I don't think it's to much to ask for just a small smile.
