    At 7:30 pm on October 5th I walked into the Safeway in the Long Gate Shopping Center at 4370 Montgomery Rd, Ellicott City, MD 21043. I was looking to purchase Tea Tree Oil for an ill family member. I looked around on my own for approximately 15 minutes to no avail. I was unable to locate an employee for assistance.   • Going down hill : safeway at 600 Sargeant in Winnipeg

    Went to this store today(Sat set 12 ...2 pm).....1. For about the 5th time in the last year ,..they have no chicken breasts,...not even a facing for them in meat department . 2. Tried to pay 75.56 for my other groceries with a Vanilla gift Mastercard I had, and they refused to accept it.     Hello, I came to shop a little at Safeway in Livermore ON 8/10/2015 at 6:00 p.m. I had my dog with me, My dog is with me for my disabled situations, He has to be with me at all times!!     This is my complaints for which I've had no response. Safeway says they respond 24/7....7 days a week. 7 days later no response! The Willits, CA. store is a complete disaster as far as I'm concerned. I have complained so many times I don't know why I'm even trying again to get some results. 1.     My name is Pam Stevens, I am 1500 miles from home. Some one hit me at a stop sign. My car was towed, I have full coverage, rental insurance, and medical. My daughter was hurt an monies are low.     I got some "All Natural Clover Honey, 16oz," from Vancouver, WA and was doing research on honey. I came across a True Source website and it listed responsible north American honey packers. So I simply wanted to know where their honey was packed. They refused to answer the question, and said it was proprietary information.   • Corio village Safeway deli food poisoning.

    Today at approx 3.30pm the 26th of June I asked for 500g shaved mortadella, now not only would the women not shave some fresh mortadella she handed me 500g of sliced mortadella straight from the plate on display. That's not the issue, the problem is being a single mum to a sick baby I didn't have time today to eat anything else besides one sandwich with two slices of mortadella.   • Safeway rude and racist customer service

    Safeway at Osborne village, Winnipeg, Manitoba has some employees who are extremely rude one of them is Melane. Whenever she is on customer service, she respond according to the skin of the customer standing on the counter, if there is a person with white skin she is very promptly. On the other hand, If there is a customer with brown or black skin then this employee behaves very rude and pathetic.     I was trying to buy a Fathers Day card but the clerk that was stocking the cards would not move & was huffy because I wanted to look. So I told her, "I'll do my shopping & come back!"     Purrchased a Tiramisu Cake sold by Safeway, was looking good..But that was it. Served it to our guests at home, nobody finished their slice.     It has been a LONG time since I had been treated so rudely and inconsideratly.     Hello, This message is for ALL SAFEWAY STORES & CORPORATE!!! Im just a regular customer. I truely would like to shop at Safeway over Frys but the truth is Safeway's Flyers are sooooo cluttered with itty bitty coupons and small little pictures of products that it makes my eyes buggy, Its too much for me to concentrate on.     I was recently hired as a 'courtesy clerk' at a Safeway store. I went thru orientation and totally loved the job as I understood it to be during orientation and training.     For months I have been driving to various Safeways in Berkeley, Oakland, Orinda, San Leandro - anywhere I see one, I pull over to see if they have the items I want.     I loved this product. It was one of the only light yogurts that had Sucralose instead of aspartame. I saw the label had changed to indicate new great flavor and the ingredients were changed to have aspartame. Sooo disappointed.     I don't know what is going on with my neighborhood Safeway. They have expired food items on the shelves. I first noticed it when I purchased a bag of Beneful for my pet.Went to open the bag and noted the food had expired months ago. They have a program called "Just 4 You" that has a web site with several categories of offers available to club members who have signed up for the program. One of these categories lists their current "Club Special" prices, that are actually supposed to be available for all club members.     Store at 5545 Connecticut Ave., Washington, DC. If you try to push your cart onto the parking lot, the wheels freeze up about 10 feet from the entrance. There are no signs or any other notice that warns against doing this. In fact, the store has a cart corral on the lot to return carts after unloading at your car. In the past, almost every deli clerk from various stores I frequent has been kind, courteous and understanding of the number one rule...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!     Today at about 6:30 I went to Safeway swan hill the power was out but the shopping by customers went on at usual.   • cooking directions wrong

    I have tried to make two lasagnas, bacon wrapped filet mignon bites, garlic bread, and mandarine chicken, all of which turned out terrible after cooking thanks to the directions on the box. I follow the directions to a T, but the lasgnas would turn out burnt on the outside but frozen on the inside, the mandarine chicken would be red and bloody on the inside (big no-no) and the filet mignon bites would fill my apartment with smoke, yet the meat would still be raw.   • Pricing misleading

    Evening Nov. 19th 2012 went to Safeway to purchase turkey for Thanksgiving. 18 lb. turkey priced at $38.00 dollars but was $18.00 and change with club card on tag. At register the turkey came to $38.00 and change. Safeway management told me that you have to spend $35.00 before you can get the discounted price per pound. Didn't buy turkey and the next day went into Shoppers Food and got the same turkey for the discounted price of $18.00 and some change. Never before had a store do this. So disappointed in new store.     At approximately 10:12 pmon 10/7/2012, I entered the Safeway grocery store on Swann Creek Road in Fort Washington,Md. There were several people in the store. There was only one line opened.
